Return Policy

At Treasures Jewelers, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Return Timeframe

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.

After 30 days, all sales are considered final.

2. Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

Be in new, unworn condition

Include all original tags, boxes, certificates, and packaging

Show no signs of wear, sizing, damage, or alteration

All items are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom or special-order jewelry

Engraved or personalized pieces

Items that have been sized, altered, or repaired

Clearance or closeout items marked as final sale

Worn earrings (for hygiene reasons)

4. Custom & Special Orders

Custom and special-order items are made specifically for you:

Deposits may be required and are non-refundable

Once a custom piece is approved and in production, it cannot be canceled or returned

5. Watches & Pre-Owned Timepieces

For new and pre-owned watches:

Items must be returned in unworn condition with all links, tags, boxes, and papers

Any signs of wear, scratches, or missing components may result in a denied return or restocking fee

6. Online & In-Store Purchases

In-store purchases:

Please bring your original receipt along with the item

Online purchases:

Contact us before sending your item back

Customers are responsible for insured, trackable shipping

Shipping charges are non-refundable

7. Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received and approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment

In some cases, we may offer store credit or an exchange instead

Please allow several business days for processing

8. Repairs & Manufacturing Defects

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry:

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us for inspection

Normal wear and tear, loss, theft, or misuse are not considered defects

Repair services are available; fees may apply

9. Gift Returns

If you received a gift from Treasures Jewelers:

We may offer an exchange or store credit with proof of purchase

All standard return conditions apply
