Shipping Policy

At Treasures Jewelers, we are committed to delivering your jewelry safely and securely. Due to the high value of our products, we enforce strict shipping, verification, and fraud-prevention policies.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Custom or special-order items require additional time

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays

  • We reserve the right to delay, hold, or cancel any order that fails our security or verification checks

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

  • Free or promotional shipping may be offered on qualifying orders

4. Order Verification & Fraud Prevention

To prevent unauthorized transactions and protect our customers:

  • Orders may require identity verification before shipment

  • We may request government-issued ID, billing confirmation, or additional documentation

  • Orders flagged as high-risk may be canceled or refunded at our discretion

5. High-Risk Orders Policy

  • Orders identified as high-risk (mismatched billing/shipping info, flagged IP, unusual purchase behavior, etc.) may be:

    • Delayed for further verification

    • Canceled and refunded

    • Restricted to store credit only, at our discretion

  • We reserve the right to refuse service on any suspicious transaction

6. Signature Confirmation & Insurance

  • High-value orders may require an adult signature upon delivery

  • Orders may be shipped with full insurance coverage

  • Once a package is signed for at the delivery address, it is considered delivered and fulfilled

7. Tracking & Delivery Responsibility

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order ships

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery and securing the package upon arrival

8. Shipping Address Policy

  • Orders will only ship to a verified billing address or approved address

  • Address changes after purchase may require re-verification or cancellation

  • Treasures Jewelers is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout

9. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

  • Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled

  • Treasures Jewelers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

  • Customers must contact the carrier to file claims

  • We may assist but do not guarantee refunds or replacements

10. Restocking Fees & Refused Deliveries

  • Approved returns may be subject to a 10–20% restocking fee

  • Orders that are refused at delivery or returned due to incorrect address may incur:

    • Restocking fees

    • Original shipping costs

    • Return shipping fees

11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • By completing a purchase, you agree to all shipping and delivery terms outlined in this policy

  • Orders with valid tracking, delivery confirmation, or signature confirmation are considered fulfilled

In the event of a dispute or chargeback, Treasures Jewelers will provide:

  • Carrier tracking and delivery confirmation

  • Signature confirmation (if applicable)

  • Order and payment verification records

  • Customer communication history

  • IP address and fraud screening results

Filing a chargeback for a properly delivered item may be considered fraudulent activity.
We reserve the right to:

  • Dispute all chargebacks aggressively

  • Deny future orders from customers who initiate unjustified disputes

  • Report fraudulent activity where applicable

12. Platform & Payment Protection Compliance

This policy is structured to comply with payment processor and eCommerce platform standards (including Stripe, Shopify, and major credit card networks).
Customers acknowledge that fulfillment is proven through carrier-confirmed delivery, and this serves as valid evidence in dispute resolution.

13. International Shipping

  • Available upon request

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees

  • Delays due to customs are outside our control

14. In-Store Pickup

  • Available for local customers

  • A valid ID and order confirmation are required at pickup
