Please carefully read the following Terms of Use (“Terms”) before using the Treasures Jewelers website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this Site. These Terms may be updated periodically, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

1. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and data compilations, is the property of Treasures Jewelers or its licensors and protected under U.S. and international copyright laws. Users may only copy or print portions of the Site for personal, non-commercial use or to place an order. Trademarks:
All trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names displayed on the Site are proprietary to Treasures Jewelers or their respective owners. Nothing on the Site grants you any license or right to use any trademark without prior written permission.

If you create an account, you agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, including passwords.

  • Be fully responsible for all activity under your account.

  • Immediately notify Treasures Jewelers of any unauthorized access or security breach.

Treasures Jewelers is not liable for losses resulting from failure to comply with these obligations.

3. Product Information and Orders

  • All product descriptions, pricing, availability, and technical specifications are subject to change without notice.

  • We do our best to accurately display colors and features, but your device may affect color representation.

  • Orders may be refused, canceled, or delayed at our discretion, including high-risk orders flagged for potential fraud.

  • Deposits for custom or special orders may be non-refundable.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

  • Orders are shipped via carriers selected by Treasures Jewelers. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • High-value orders may require signature confirmation or insurance.

  • Once a package is marked as delivered (with or without signature), risk passes to the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery and securing items once shipped.

  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Payment, Chargebacks, and Fraud Prevention

  • We accept payments through approved processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

  • Orders with confirmed delivery are considered fulfilled, and filing a chargeback for such orders may be considered fraudulent activity.

  • Treasures Jewelers reserves the right to provide all relevant documentation (tracking, signature confirmation, IP logs, communication history) to resolve disputes.

  • High-risk orders may be canceled, refunded, or restricted to store credit.

6. Returns, Restocking Fees, and Refunds

  • Returns are subject to the Treasures Jewelers Return Policy and must comply with all conditions.

  • Certain items, including custom, personalized, engraved, clearance, and worn earrings, are non-returnable.

  • Approved returns may incur restocking fees of 10–20%, shipping costs, or return shipping fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • Treasures Jewelers, its affiliates, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the use of the Site, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

  • Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental/consequential damages; these limitations may not apply to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • All content, products, and services are provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

  • We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and freedom from computer viruses.

  • We do not guarantee that the Site is error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

  • Treasures Jewelers does not endorse or control third-party content and is not liable for their products, services, or practices.

10. User Conduct

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Treasures Jewelers, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claim, demand, or damages arising out of your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
